门钉肉饼

门钉肉饼据说是当年御膳房为慈禧太后做的一道点心,因为外形很像城门上的门钉,就有了这个好听的名字-----门钉肉饼!

其实门钉肉饼就是一种牛肉馅饼,但外形不同于一般的扁的馅饼,门钉肉饼一定要有一定的“厚度”,颇像中国象棋的棋子儿,否则就无“门钉”而言!

最近家里进了四分之一头的原生态牛肉,变着方的吃牛肉,想起了北京的名小吃“门钉肉饼”,试着做了,受到了大人孩子的一致好评。

Where did you get those原生态牛肉? Who else got the rest 3/4? “门钉肉饼”with 原生态牛肉,should be listed in our party dishes.

博主的同事有一个farm,自己家养的牛,只吃草。他除了自家吃外,卖给同事一些。我们第一次试着尝一尝,就只买了四分之一头。肉非常瘦,来时已经经专业屠夫分类分块包装好了,还算方便。肉馅不少,下次分给你点儿尝尝(但是先要知道您是哪一位)。很快还会来头羊。
这个生于斯养于斯死于斯的原生态肉,应该是最健康的。以博主的无肉不欢的胃,想要少吃肉是很难的,不如吃点儿好肉精肉罢了。至少没有猪流感,不过下次来了牛流感羊流感也未可知呢!

What an Emperor's high classic life!!! 博主's 2 acre land should not be wasted. How about raise one or two sheeps. They will help the yard care also help to fertilize the land for next year's crops. They also produce at least half year meat supply. This kind of life is always I wanted. Actually,博主 should think about to raise some roosters. If I have chance living in Salem, I will raise some roosters. 牛流感羊流感all comes from high population area. There would not be problems here.
